DaVinci Resolve , previously recognized as da Vinci Resolve

it’s a premier color correction and non-linear video editing (NLE) platform available for macOS, Windows, and Linux .

It traces its roots back to its inception by da Vinci Systems and has since evolved, especially after Blackmagic Design took the helm in 2009 .

While the commercial variant, named DaVinci Resolve Studio, offers a plethora of advanced features , Blackmagic Design has also been generous to the community by providing a free version , albeit with some feature limitations, known simply as DaVinci Resolve (formerly termed DaVinci Resolve Lite) .
